What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Any completed contact forms are sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. This information is used in-house only, to enable us to service your requirements. e.g. Set up an account, answer queries, supply quotations, and other business functions. The data required will be general contact details such as contact names, addresses, telephone numbers, and e-mail addresses. No card details or banking details are collected by this site.
On line orders require your input of basic contact information to enable us to carry out our contractual obligations for the sale. We may from time to time use your contact details to advise you of new products, any recalls, any updates repricing and any special offers available. We DO NOT share your data with anyone for marketing or analytical purposes. We may have to provide your contact details with couriers to enable the safe and timely delivery of your goods.
Online payments are via a third party with your payment details going directly to the card processing company and not to us. We do have access to limited information collected by the card processing company for security reasons such as the card issuer and IP address. We do not harvest this information or store it on any of our systems. We do not use this data for any analytical or marketing purposes.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We do need to inform our parcel delivery services of your delivery address and a contact number and/or e-mail address to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your parcel.
