I was stuck! I had to change my handset for the intercom and had already previously bought one and couldn’t work out the wiring so I phoned these guys and Geraldine assisted me and followed up an email the next day telling me which wire should go in which place. If that didn’t work she suggested another handset for me to buy but luckily it did work so she helped me out, spent time on me and didn’t make any money but made me a very happy man. I will return to this company when needed and recommend it to everyone else. Fantastic customer service. Thank you!

Just found out from my significant other that these folks went out of their way to raid an outdated model of remote entry device to unearth a part she required for her own even more outdated model of remote entry device, and then dispatch it to her.All this, with little upside for them other than goodwill. That's worthy of admiration in this day and age. They go to the top of my list for all things access control and door entry, and should occupy the same position on yours.
